BasedInBoise.com is run by Justin Murillo, REALTOR® with Amherst Madison. This page explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out the neighborhood shortlist form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. When you fill out the furnished rental sign-up, we collect your name and email address. If you call, text, or email Justin, he receives whatever you send.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools to see how visitors use it. This includes the pages you visit, what you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We use two services for this: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of our services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. You can read the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details on how Microsoft collects and uses your data.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site. Google's page on how Google uses information from sites that use its services explains what Google does with this data. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on from Google.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to reply to you and to send you what you asked for, such as homes, neighborhood information, or furnished rental dates. If you give us your phone number, Justin may call or text you about your request. We use the information collected automatically to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that run this website and its analytics, which are our website host, Google, and Microsoft, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, and you can ask Justin at any time to stop emailing you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, email justinm@amherst-madison.com and Justin will take care of it.
