How I work
Most of my buyers come from California, Washington, and Oregon, and most of them start the search while the moving truck is still hypothetical. I do the work long-distance: video walkthroughs, remote offers, honest neighborhood breakdowns, and a lot of patience for the two-state logistics of selling one house and buying another.
I say "I" and not "we" because it is mostly just me. You get my direct line, my direct email, and answers from the person who will actually be at your closing.
The ground rules
- Straight answers. If a neighborhood is a bad fit for your budget, I tell you before you book the flight.
- No pressure. "Just looking" is a fine place to start, and some of my best relationships started with a single question.
- Fast replies. Call or text and you get a person, not a prompt to press one.
- The whole valley. Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, and Nampa are all in my routine.
Straight talk about the downsides
This site mentions the real downsides of Boise, on purpose. Growth means traffic and crowded schools in some corners. Fire season and winter inversions are real. Prices are not cheap anymore. If you read all of it and still want the move, we will both feel better about it, and the search starts from an honest place.
